Our Joint Partnership Structure
Finance Partner (You): You provide the mortgage and down payment required to purchase the property (5-20% of the purchase price, typically between $100-$200k).
Active Partner (Us): We connect you with a mortgage broker, identify undervalued properties with strong rental potential, oversee renovations, manage the project, and handle property management and tenant placement through our team.

This arrangement is designed to be seamless and stress-free for you, allowing you to focus on securing a mortgage while we handle the rest.
Example Scenario:

Purchase a $160,000 duplex in Sault Ste. Marie.

Rent each unit for $1,500, totaling $3,000 per month.

Monthly expenses: Mortgage payment ~$900, insurance $150, property management $260, future repairs savings account $250.

Monthly profit after expenses: $1,440, split evenly between us at $720 each.
